Marriott Tower Facilities
Count Basie Ballroom
The Count Basie Ballroom is the signature wedding reception space in the Marriott Tower. Its features include:
- Stunning crystal chandeliers, damask print wall coverings and dark wood accents
- Audio-visual system with built-in screens and catwalk projection
- Ballroom foyer that offers a spacious gathering area.
- Expansive windows overlooking the adjacent urban park
- Balcony view of the hotel's waterfall atrium, giving the foyer an enhanced sense of openness.
Harvest Room
The Harvest Room offers a beautiful and distinctive venue for prenuptial dinners or more intimate receptions. Originally designed as a fine dining restaurant, the luxuriously appointed room offers a romantic, club-like setting.
Muehlebach Tower Facilities
The Muehlebach Tower is a restored landmark featuring some of the most memorable and hallowed rooms in the entire city.
Imperial/Colonial Ballroom
This beautiful ballroom embodies classic elegance. Special details include:
- Rich tapestry carpets, marble panels and columns
- Classic fleur-de-lis-patterned wall coverings with ornate details
- An18-foot ceiling set that sets the stage for modern-day wedding events as glamorous as any of the high society affairs depicted in black and white archive images.
Barney Allis Lobby
This restored original Muehlebach Hotel Lobby offers a majestic setting favored for receptions and photos. It symbolizes the grand hotel of its day with charming features that include:
- Working brass elevator carriages with etched doors
- Hand-laid tile floor and intricately detailed wood paneling
- Carved marble fireplace
- Massive marble-topped registration desk with original key slots and a brass letterbox.
Tea Room
The Tea Room oozes with historic grandeur and refinement and is an ideal venue for prenuptial dinners and intimate celebrations. Feature include:
- Mahogany columns, chair railing and alcove
- Antique, hand-carved fireplace mantel
- Molded ceiling.
